1. Acceptance
By using Duolisting you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Duolisting submits and maintains your business listing on Google Maps via the Google Business Profile platform. Duolisting does not guarantee acceptance by Google, whose policies govern listing approval.
3. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that all business information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to manage the listed business, and that you will not use Duolisting to submit false or misleading listings.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly per listing. Adding a plan stores your payment method but does not charge it: billing begins when your listing is successfully published, so you are not charged for a listing we have not delivered. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
