What's included
We manage the whole postcard process
Google mails verification codes to your business address (which must be yours, not a forwarding service, Google's rules). We monitor the expected window, remind you so it doesn't slip past, re-issue automatically if it doesn't arrive in 14 days, and submit the code via the API the moment you give it to us.

If Google requires a video selfie or live call, we prep you in advance and sit on the call with you so nothing goes sideways.
We collect and submit license documents

We appeal rejections

What Concierge isn't
We can't fake a video call where Google wants to see your face, you'll still need to be on camera. We can't shorten Google's review queue (still 5 to 14 days for postcard/video). We can't list businesses Google's policy prohibits (alcohol e-commerce, pharma, gambling). What we DO is remove the operational pain: chasing the postcard, prepping you for the call, formatting documents, handling appeals. The time we save the average customer is roughly 6 to 10 hours of stress + a 70% reduction in verification failures based on industry data.
